Candie Noel started her career in Real Estate with Bailey Properties in 2002.   Now with over a decade of experience Candie is a top producing REALTOR® and established REALTOR® in the area. She has taken a leadership role in local real estate industry through her involvement with the California Association of REALTORS®.  Candie has been the Chair of Local Government Relations and Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, and is currently the Treasurer Elect.  Candie was awarded REALTOR® of the Year by the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS® in 2010.
